Refund policy

We have an easy return and exchange policy! Relay Active offers a 20 day return and exchange window for all U.S. orders. You will have 20 days from the date you place an order to start a return or exchange. We recommend trying on garments when they first arrive to you to make sure the fit is just what you want! All returned or exchanged garments must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging, and in brand new condition (free of deodorant or makeup marks or animal hair) to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Returns: You may return your order within 20 days of the original date of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment.

  • To request a return, email: runtogether@relayrunco.com with your order number in the subject line. If your order is eligible for a return, we will then email you a prepaid shipping label which helps to ensure your return is fully trackable and gets to us in the speediest fashion possible. Please note that $8.99 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping and handling for the returned goods for each order if there is one item returned. For each subsequent item returned in the same order, there is an additional $4.00 return processing fee per additional item returned.
  • Once we receive the return and process it, we will issue your refund immediately assuming the returned goods were in proper condition. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it back onto your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at runtogether@relayrunco.com.

Exchanges: You may exchange your order within 20 days of the original date of purchase for the same item(s) in a different size or color for FREE. Please note that we can only offer free exchanges for the same item in a different color or size if it is currently in stock. If you are looking to exchange for a different item altogether, please contact us at runtogether@relayrunco.com and we will do our best to help!

  • To request an exchange, email: runtogether@relayrunco.com with your order number in the subject line. Please let us know in your email what item is being exchanged and what color/size you are requesting. This allows us to pull your requested items from inventory for you. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label to ship the exchanged goods back to us.
  • Once we receive the exchange and process it, assuming that the exchanged goods are in proper condition, we will ship your new garments immediately. We will also email you tracking for your new package! If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at runtogether@relayrunco.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items marked as final sale may not be returned or exchanged.

International orders may not be returned or exchanged.

All custom orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged as these are custom made-to-order.

Returned Packages and Insufficient Addresses:

If delivery of a package is refused by a customer or an order is placed with an insufficient address and sent back to us, the customer is responsible for the return shipment fee which the shipping service has charged to us ($10.99). If the customer wants their package redelivered, they are also responsible for the cost of sending the package a second time ($8.99).

Yoga Class Purchases

All yoga class purchases are final sale.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If you change your mind after purchasing and want to cancel an order, we may be able to do so if it has not yet shipped; all cancelled orders are subject to our $8.99 return fee.
