Vinyasa means movement flowing with the breath: expect to be guided through a creatively flowing series of yoga poses to build strength, balance, and your mind-body connection. A more active practice to rejuvenate and invigorate your body, increase mobility and energy.
We offer vinyasa at the following times:
- M/W/F 7:30am-8:20am with Sarah
- T/TH 6:00pm-6:50pm with Ann
- Fri. 9:15-10:05am with Melissa
