We have plentiful convenient free parking in the huge Dairy Market lot immediately next door and provide all yoga mats and props needed for class.
Our beautifully naturally lit, bamboo floor yoga studio features a range of class styles for all levels including creative vinyasa, yin yoga, and, in keeping with our brand mission of animal rescue, special events like kitten yoga featuring adoptable kittens.
You can also shop before or after a yoga class that you're attending!

Ann (200 RYT, Ph.D.) is founder of Relay Active and Runners Love Yoga. Ann has her Ph.D. in English from UVa, is an Olympic Trials Marathoner, and loves teaching creative vinyasa and yin style classes. She has taught yoga since 2009 and got her start leading her teammates at Notre Dame in pre-run stretching! In addition to running and yoga, Ann also comes from a competitive swimming background and swims almost every day. She lives with her husband Phillip and 5 beloved cats, Boo Boo, Butters, Little Nuggie, Koozie, and Gio! You can also take class with her at runnersloveyoga.tv!
Take class with Ann on Tues. 6-6:50pm & Thurs. 7-7:50pm. She also teaches all kitten yoga classes plus specialty classes like Thursday Night Theme Yoga 6-6:50pm!

She runs the yoga program at the nearby Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women where she led a certified yoga teacher training program in 2019, the first of its kind in the state for people who are incarcerated. For Sarah, the goal of yoga is to bring together the breath, the body, and the mind as a way of feeling interconnected with ourselves, our communities, and our environments. In addition to yoga, Sarah loves baking, reading, traveling, and long walks with her dog Coda.

We are hiring both retail associates and yoga teachers at our new storefront coming soon to 946 Grady Avenue in the Dairy Market. Must be enthusiastic with a strong work ethic!
Retail part-time: 2-3 days/week, AM, PM, and full day shifts available.
This customer facing position includes assisting customers, store display, and fulfilling orders. Retail experience preferred but not required.
Store hours: Tues. to Thurs. 12-6pm, Fri & Sat. 12-8pm
Yoga: we're looking for both morning (pre-12pm) and evening (post-6pm) teachers to complete our schedule. Requires 200 hr. RYT certification.
